At RuyaSoft, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy explains how Rulio collects, uses, and protects your information.
Account Information: Email, name, and billing details provided during registration.
Service Data: This includes API keys for third-party platforms (stored securely) and the execution traces/logs processed by Rulio to generate insights.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns within the Rulio dashboard to improve our UI/UX.
To Provide the Service: Analyzing traces to identify hidden patterns and failure modes.
To Improve Rulio: We may use anonymized, aggregated metadata (e.g., “average tool latency across all users”) to improve our benchmarking and detection algorithms. We do not train our core models on your proprietary prompt data or sensitive customer outputs without explicit consent.
Communication: Sending product updates, reports, and requested PDF/presentation exports.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit. API keys provided to Rulio are encrypted and used only for the purpose of fetching traces as authorized by you.
We do not sell your data. We only share information with third parties in the following cases:
Sub-processors: Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS/GCP) used to host the Service.
Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of RuyaSoft and its users.
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request the deletion of your data at any time via the Rulio dashboard.
