Welcome to Rulio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rulio platform and services provided by RuyaSoft (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing Rulio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Rulio is an automated intelligence mining platform for AI agents that automates the analysis of execution traces from third-party platforms. Services include automated feature extraction, pattern identification, insight generation, and the creation of artifacts such as reports, slide decks, datasets, evaluation sets and more (the “Service”).
Ownership: You retain all right, title, and interest in the data, logs, and execution traces you upload or connect to Rulio (“Customer Data”).
License to RuyaSoft: You grant RuyaSoft a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Trace Analysis: You acknowledge that Rulio operates by connecting to third-party observability platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize, HoneyHive, Helicone, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and API keys to facilitate these connections.
The Service: RuyaSoft owns all rights to the Rulio platform, including the underlying algorithms, feature extraction logic, and UI/UX.
Outputs: Any reports (PDF/Presentations) or evaluation sets generated specifically for your account based on your Customer Data are your property for internal business use.
You agree not to:
Accuracy: Rulio provides automated insights and recommendations based on statistical analysis and machine learning. We do not guarantee that these insights are error-free or that following recommendations will result in specific agent performance outcomes.
Third-Party Platforms: RuyaSoft is not responsible for the availability or data integrity of the third-party platforms from which you pull traces.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuyaSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including token costs incurred from agent loops or failures identified by Rulio.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RuyaSoft is incorporated.
